[Baedon the Hutt] [Teela]

    The nefarious Baedon Depalnic Disadii has ruled over his criminal empire since before the Clone Wars. Despite his relative youth, Baedon is feared by other crime lords and respected by his fellow Hutts. Baedon inherited his cartel after he assassinated his parent Cadmon. After Cadmon’s death, Baedon wasted no time in securing himself at the cartel’s head; strengthening ties with a number of lieutenants while “removing” others.
    Like his parent before him, Baedon heads his empire from the Rim world of Tundidaari on the Perlemian Trade Route. The hot and humid jungle world allows the Hutt to feel at home while organizing such lucrative events as pod and swoop racing, gladiatorial tournaments, and circuses of the bizarre. The less entertaining side of Baedon’s activities include; slavery, gunrunning, spice smuggling, and extortion.
    Unlike Jabba, Baedon rarely underestimates his adversaries, nor does he enjoy surrounding himself with debauchery. For a Hutt, Baedon is quite classy. He can be very hospitable should the need arise, though he can also be vicious and vindictive when he perceives himself as being wronged.

    Originally trained as one of the galaxy famous Twi’lek dancers on Ryloth, Teela was captured by slavers and sold into the service of Baedon the Hutt at the age of 16. She quickly became a favourite among the Hutt’s dancing girls and by 18 had become Baedon’s featured dancer.
    Because of her popularity, Teela was often the target of wandering hands and unwanted advances. Unable to defend herself adequately, Teela violated constantly. One day, three particularly rambunctious Weequay had cornered her in her dressing room. She was saved by the last minute intervention of Loushah, an Ubese bounty hunter. Loushah, a master of the K’thri martial arts form, a highly showy and flamboyant fighting style, easily defeated the three Weequay and promised to teach Teela how to defend herself.
    That incident started a partnership that lasted a number of years. Loushah taught Teela how to fight while serving as her body guard while she eavesdropped on the members of Baedon’s court to give the bounty hunter tips and information.
    Finally, one day Teela asked Loushah to help her escape from Baedon. Reluctantly, the bounty hunter agreed and the two laid out a plan to get away from the Hutt. When it came time to execute the plan, things went smoothly until the two ran into the three Weequay who had tried to rape Teela years earlier. This time they were prepared and drew blasters on the pair. In the sprint to Loushah’s ship, he was mortally wounded and died as Teela flew the ship to safety.
    Needing to stay off Baedon’s radar, Teela now sells her skills as a bodyguard, mercenary, and even bounty hunter. She remains faithful to Loushah memory and has never taken another partner nor has she allowed any being to ever touch her.
    Teela is an extremely attractive and lithe green-skinned Twi’lek. Her manner is cool and she looks at everyone with suspicion. She will not let anyone touch her.
